We developed the UX concept and UI design for the new Bosch RTS app. The app enables fast, secure communication via intercom systems — for example in broadcasting, live events, corporate communications, and healthcare.
Our goal: intuitive usability, efficient and secure interactions, and above all, clarity.
The app is easy to use — no training required. Intuitive navigation, clear feedback, and an ergonomic interface help users stay focused on what matters most: communication.
Complex technology made simple: Using a human-centered design approach based on ISO 9241-210, we tailored functions and workflows to the needs of real users. The result: high acceptance in high-pressure environments.
A simple, secure start was essential to us. New users are guided through clear login steps, visual feedback, and confirmations — all while ensuring secure and GDPR-compliant access.
Functional, modern, and on-brand: The interface supports RTS’s corporate identity while remaining highly user-friendly.
In close collaboration with Merapar and Bosch RTS, we created an app that transforms technical complexity into an accessible user experience.

With the "Connect" app and the associated portal, Kurtz Ersa offers a comprehensive solution for communication with the customer and a central knowledge database. We developed the Connect app together with Ersa. We were responsible for the user experience concept and the visual design.
With the SIMATIC Notifier App, various machine notifications are sent directly to the user's Smart watch or Smart phone, depending on the configuration. We developed the visual design of the application as well as the usability and user experience concept in accordance with the corporate design specifications of Siemens AG.
In future, Audi's digital planning assistant will support production line planners in their daily work. The focus of our project with Audi was the development of a task-oriented usability and user experience concept and a CI-compliant design.
