Understanding

As UX designers, we consider ourselves the users’ advocates. To understand their concerns and needs, we talk to the actual users and, most importantly, listen first. We conduct user interviews or observe them while executing their tasks. In doing so, we gradually understand the actual questions and challenges that arise in their daily work routine. 

Specifying

Once we understand the requirements of the product or applications, we can create epics and build a backlog based on the project, but most importantly, we can develop a common basis for discussion and planning. By means of requirements management we make sure that nothing is overlooked along the way.

Creating

Based on the results of our analyses, we create the first solutions in the form of information architectures and wireframes. Abstract usage requirements are specified in detail, operating procedures and navigation structures are checked. First tests of the conception results can be carried out using simple low fidelity click dummies.

Designing

No question – your product is to please your clients and convince them. In addition, the design of your product also supports your marketing goals and the positioning of your company. Apart from high quality designs, we can create other effects, such as young and dynamic, robust and reliable or serious and classy. 

Evaluating

Thanks to different evaluation methods, we can check concepts at an early stage and react accordingly. This iterative approach focuses on future users’ needs, i.e. your clients’ needs, at every phase of development. With regard to usability tests and detailed expert analyses, we work together with proven specialists, e.g. with the Fraunhofer Institute for Industrial Engineering IAO in Stuttgart, and can therefore also implement complex settings. 

Producing

We are experienced with different technologies and development environments, from WPF, WinCC and Zenon to Qt and html 5. We either offer front-end implementation in a complete package, or we work together with partner companies. Of course, we also offer the best possible support to your development team by providing them with graphics, code or UI and UX guides. Thanks to our component-based and systematic approach, we reduce the amount of work involved in development. We work with libraries for icons and components or create design systems to ensure even more clarity and sustainability for collaborative project work.
