smartPREDICT monitors the condition of machines and other systems based on vibration measurements. The housing of the smartPREDICT sensor uses a design language that semantically visualizes the topic of sensor technology.
Bosch Rexroth - Web HMI for smart press applications
The Bosch Rexroth "Smart Function Kit for Pressing" is a new type of modular HMI for assembly and joining processes, forming technology, and inspection and test applications. The modern and intuitive Web HMI enables modular process configuration via drag & drop. This allows press programs to be created safely and easily - without writing a single line of code.

Drag&Drop configuration of programs
The modularity of the components is also reflected in the software. Processes can be put together using Drog&Drop. This makes it possible to set up the system immediately without any previous knowledge. Evaluation and analysis elements can be visualized in a self-explanatory manner.
Testing the program
You can test the pressing process and visually analyze the results. The evaluation elements are simply visualized, so that the analysis can be easily carried out
Set-up wizard for initial configuration
A wizard leads step by step through the initial configuration. It supports the setup engineer with smart features such as automatic loading of the hardware configuration.
Dashboard for the operator
The operator is only shown the information that is important to him. For example, he has a dashboard view that bundles the most important operating parameters on one page.

Kurtz Ersa Connect App
With the "Connect" app and the associated portal, Kurtz Ersa offers a comprehensive solution for communication with the customer and a central knowledge database. We developed the Connect app together with Ersa. We were responsible for the user experience concept and the visual design.
Audi dpa Planning Assistant
In future, Audi's digital planning assistant will support production line planners in their daily work. The focus of our project with Audi was the development of a task-oriented usability and user experience concept and a CI-compliant design.
