CaderaDesign expands management team

After more than 20 years of taking the user experience to a new level together, Steven Schmidt is now taking on an exciting new role at CaderaDesign: Since 1 October 2024, Steven Schmidt has joined the CaderaDesign management team as the second partner and managing director.

As Key Account Manager, Steven Schmidt has looked after our largest customers such as Siemens, Audi, VW and Uhlmann in recent years. But he doesn't just have extensive experience in customer care: As a qualified communication designer and experienced web developer, he has a unique perspective on our projects and ensures that everything runs smoothly from planning to implementation. He has set new standards in the area of user experience (UX) in particular in recent years and has used his expertise to continuously improve collaboration with product owners (POs) and our process-orientated project management.

Together with Tom Cadera, whose expertise in industrial design and usability has created a strong foundation for our company and established the topic of user interface design, Steven Schmidt now forms a forward-looking dual leadership team. With him at the helm, we will increasingly tackle topics such as IoT and cloud solutions and further expand CaderaDesign as a pioneer in digitalisation and the design of holistic, profitable user experiences in the production environment.

Tom Cadera is enthusiastic: ‘Steven has repeatedly shown in recent years that he achieves the best for our customers with his expertise. The expansion of the management team was a logical step towards the future for us, also in order to further optimise design management and internal processes.
