bFIVE process cell from bdtronic

For the new bFIVE process cell from bdtronic, we were able to combine several disciplines – and that is precisely what complemented the strong trade fair presentation.

The bFIVE combines dispensing, plasma, heat staking and automation in one flexible system. Our task: to make this technical diversity clearly understandable, attractive and accessible.

Our contribution:

  • Industrial design of the new product line
  • User interface design for ergonomic, intuitive operation
  • A trade fair video that clearly shows how the processes can be combined and brings the entire product line to life

The close integration of UI and industrial design creates a consistent, brand-typical experience – from the external form to the interaction level.
The synergies between all disciplines were particularly valuable: CAD preparation, technical analysis and the creative development of the user interface and industrial design.

The result was impressively visible at productronica.
